Wicka: The Chronicles of Elizabeth Blake by Christy Deveaux

Things I Love & Learnt About the Wicka: The Chronicles of Elizabeth Blake by Christy Deveaux

Elizabeth Banks is a smart but socially introverted seventeen-year-old girl from Ann Arbor, Michigan.  After the death of her Best Friend’s Mother, Elizabeth enrolls in an international school in South France to finish her final year of high school… Once in Europe everything changes for Elizabeth, she falls in love and she discovers that she is a witch. She is a descendant of the Harlow Family. Soon she also finds out that her life is in danger because The Elders (a very powerful Witch Coven) believe that she is a threat to their Coven according to an ancient legend…

Wicka is a beautifully written fantasy and paranormal book for young adults…The author does a great job at keeping you wondering and reading page after page as you are slowly being dragged into a magnificent world of magic, covens and witches…My 12 year daughter loved the book and I liked it a lot…a good read 🙂
