About the Author
Dr. Anat Feldman is a health consultant and a personal trainer. She holds a Ph.D in Health Education from IUBL University, a Masters in French Culture and Argumentation from Tel-Aviv University, and a B.Ed. in Physical Education from Wingate Institute. For the last 20 years, using the Gymind method she has developed, Dr. Feldman has guided children and adults on their path for a better and healthier life. She currently lives with her husband and three sons in Israel. This is her first book.
