The book is easy to navigate and read even on my smartphone…It starts with an introduction that explores the common Asian ingredients, their flavors and health benefits: ginger, rice noodles, turmeric, chili sauce, coconut milk, etc. This book has 101 vegan recipes from 10 different countries and each recipe includes the preparation time, cooking time, servings, ingredients, and easy to follow instructions. The recipes are organized in 4 chapters: Chapter 1: Appetizers, Chapter 2: Soups, Chapter 3: Main Dishes, and Chapter 4: Desserts.
